回複：H-1B獲批，在生效前，愛人能否做H-4簽證和入境？

個人情況：
現在用CPT工作，full time, 8、9月用OPT,已經拿到H-1B，10月1日生效。

聽說在H-1B生效前，愛人可以簽H-4(見鏈接http://edu.gter.net/bbs/archiver/tid-1073282.html）。

那麽愛人拿到H-4簽證後，能否在我的H-1B生效前（10月1日）入境呢？
