My friend and his wife have their valid EADs based on I-485. Their kid is currently attending the high school. What kind of document they should present for their kid at Chinese Consulate to prove his status in US when his old Chinese passport is replaced.Is the kid's I-485 receipt notice sufficient?

-Can not give you suggestion unless we know what the parents' and the kid's current status.
