I-140批了後到中國，如公司不肯轉consular processing,能自己辦麽

I-140批了，外派到中國工作，如果在中國時候priority date become current, 可以自己轉consular processing,不經過公司麽？公司不太願意這麽做，要求回到美國回到原來的position 去file 485
