N400 eligibility 提問

在 Naturalization Eligibility Worksheet 上有這麽一條:

6. I have resided in the district or state in which I am applying for citizenship for the last three months.

我的問題是:這是指Physically 一定在申請前的三個月的時間裏必須在,還是有別的變通?
