apply for GC

u can apply for GC through NIW, once u file I140/485, after 6 months, u can change ur job.
There is drawback , once ur NIW is denied, u are in trouble...but u still can go back to H1B.. then apply for GC through ordianry EB-2.
maybe u can try EB-1....thta is for outsatnding scholar....
