help estimate how long I can get greencard--please

I am going to send my NIW/EB-1a in a month. My PD through a EB3 is 2006, August. My I485 was sent in 2007. Dear Experts, please help me estimate when I can receive my greencard if everything goes smoothly.MIllion thanks
