She came to US about 10 years ago on F1 visa and went back to China after a couple of years. 

I'm not a US citizen and our parents are also in the States now (as LPRs).  Will it be very hard for my sister to get a B2 visa, considering she's single and all her close relatives are in the States? 

Any advice?
