回複：求助！ EAD兩個多月要求再打指紋！

皮匠老師， 各位有經驗的朋友， 這裏請教一個EAD的問題： 我的EAD申請至收到之日起已經70天了，從30多天起就打了4次電話催都沒用， 最可恨的是最後一次電話被問及什麽時候做的指紋， 答是3年前以後， 就馬上要求我重做。

-You have to get the official USCIS Biometric Appointment Notice (paper document) to do the fingprinting, not just phone call. I do not think that officer who answered your phone was serious.

我現在的問題就是： 我必須要等新指紋做完了才能拿到EAD嗎？

-Unless you get the appointment notice, you do not need to do the fingprinting.

從打電話被告之要打指紋到真正去打指紋， 要花多長時間？ 舊的工卡3月已經過期了，新的工作拿到OFFER卻不能去。 急死了！
