-Depends on how much your I-485 filing fee. If your I-485 filing was less than $1010, you need to pay the AP filing fee every time you apply for it. If it was $1010 or $1080, you do not need to pay it no matter how many time you apply for it.

My AP is expired. I need a new one for my next month’s trip to China. I wonder:

N       -No, it is Too late to use regular application. But you might apply for the emergency AP at the USCIS local office to get it in one or two days if you have a emergency reason.
