非常感謝8大師百忙中的指教. However, our chrildren will be over 21 years old after they graduate from university. Can they still fill I-485 at that time？（The third choice you mentioned).

-No. They have to return to US to file the I-485 before they turn age 21 and then, get the AP to travel (the first choice, or maybe the second choice if your spouse will get the green card very soon).
