我的問題是，我們除了I485和有效期到2011/8的I94外，沒有新的文件，我們應該怎麽處理這個問題？

-Your kid had better use the AP to go outside US and then, return to US to get the Parolee I-94 again. Because the old Parolee status (I-94) will expire in 8/2011, the school may need a new one.
