My parents just received the 2nd notice for finger print, scheduled mid May.

Can we bring the notice to the INS center tomorrow for finger print?

-I think so. Some people did that successfully.

 What's the next step if the 2nd finger print is not accepted neither?

-May need to provide the non-criminal record and do the interview.
