I485 REF電子郵件幾天後還沒看到信,難道隻給律師?

Mr.8, Pjiang and others,

上星期四收到USCIS EMAIL UPDATE 說REF 信寄出. 可是現在還沒收到. 律師那好象收到,因為他提到回複日期和大概內容....我們應該收到一份COPY嗎? (EB2,雇主資助.)

另外,準備REF過程中發現我們以前的單位和律師沒有給我I140及PERM申請的COPY, therefore, I do not have the exact description of the job duties. 這樣一來怎麽回複the similarities of the job when preparing for the AC21 portability? Anyone has similar experience? Thanks in advance for sharing!!
