it takes weeks to get name checked

Based on the new rule to especially check persons of China nationality for controlling technology threat, it takes weeks to get security clearance before I can be granted a visa at a US consulate. My new employer will be just fed up and to sponsor another H-1B on possibly another Alien (Indian, Indonisia, Vietnam, .... ). The white people just keep on leaving this company for better places. (Hate to work with a lawyer but looks like I have no choice)
