I am waiting to file my H-1B transfer

The International Programs Office made sincere apology to me for their mistake and have been apply for retroactive H-1B visa covering 08/10/2010 to 10/14/2012 for me. I have been working as a postdoc since 2009, nonstop, with 36 biweekly paystubs now (each of $1666.06). If my boss agree to pay for my "vacation", I may consder. But this is IMPOSSIBLE. I am leaving for a new job now, however, I have to wait.
