Questions for marriaged based green card

Hello,

Sorry, I have more questions regarding my Green Card application. Do I need to provide all the documents below for the marriage based 485.

A complete copy of your passport with all the pages of any stamps/visas/marks - My new passport has no stamps for any visa. Do I need to provide the pages of the visas stamps on my old passport?

All copies of I-94 cards with front and back; - Can I provide the last I-94 which comes with my last H1B transfer? I did not go out of USA since I got this I-797A approval notice for my H1B transfer.

All copies of USCIS approval notices （在美國境內調整過身份或延期）; - Can I provide my Last H1B approval? I got thie approval inside US and nenver gone out of US since then.

All copies of I-20s and EAD with front and back（上過學，申請過 OPT）; - I got a I20 before  from a unversity in US, do I need to provide it?
