回複：How do I if my I-140 premium application is approved or rejec

I think USCIS online staus has a small problem recently, so can't be trusted. my I-140 was approved in early March, and in April, it become initial review again, then it become approved again..I asked lawyer, she said she saw a lot of those problems recently.
