I485 PENDING 期間的H4上學沒辦工卡, 能直接參與校內外工作嗎?

-No unless you have EAD.

如果不能, 是轉F1好還是辦EAD好?

-F1 only can work on-campus. But because you have filed I-485, you can change your status to F1 anymore. So, you only can use EAD to work (on- or off-campus).
