To N-400 Applicants

INS is required by law to give you a decision on your naturalization within 120 days after you passed the citizenship interview. The details of law is shown below:

I have not got the oath notice 400 days after my citizenship interview. I am considering bringing INS to court. Can any one of you recommend a good attorney southern California? My current attorney is too you and timid to fight with INS.
