Parents need to land in Canada soon. They arrived US first, and we'll drive them to Canada for landing purpose. Questions:

-Do they need to surrender their I-94 (they may stay overnight in Canada)

-No.

-Any issue when they return to U.S.

-No.

-When they arrived U.S, custom only admitted 40 days for their stay in US. Does it cause any issue when they return to US from Canada (wihin I-94 expiration date).

-No. But they need to extend their status before the I-94 expires after they return from Canada.
