After I use AP, My status is not H4 any more right? Then what status am I? H4 & AOS

 

If I do not renew my H4 and let it expire, Am I legal to stay in the US after using AP? Yes as long as your 485 is pending. I suggest you extent H4 because AOS is actually NOT a "status" (Do NOT have an approval notice and none of the american knows what the hell is AOS)
