身份問題

I am H4 now, our 485 is pending. I am going to use AP to come back from China.

My questions are:

After I use AP, My status is not H4 any more right? Then what status am I?

My hu*****and is going to renew his H1 soon, Can I still renew my H4 after using AP?

If I do not renew my H4 and let it expire, Am I legal to stay in the US after using AP?
