First, I want to say that "some bad guy" used my name (weimin3) to place a poster "because I don't want to tell your the truth". I can not describe my miserable feeling, because there are always persons who are happy happy with other people's misfortune. Since many people really care me, I want sincerely to thank you, The reason is "my company withdraws its offer based on which I filed my I140 soon after I filed my I485". Please don't ask me more WHys. It is too bad. I think I am out of status now ( I have no H1B). Fortunately, my wife still has her H1B in effect. My questiion is: if I stay here, will I affect my wife's H1 maintain and extention, and future green card application? My family has some difficulty right now and need my care.
