我先生申請的I-140現在被RFE了，最最棘手的是要求公司提供2001年的報稅，

-Just provide what the RFE needs.

問題是2001我先生還沒有正式在此公司工作，並且公司當年報稅也不夠Cover他申請時的薪水，

-Don't think it will affect your spouse's I-140. As long as the employer prove the ability to pay your spouse's salary at the prevail level form the PERM filing date to the I-485 approval date, then your spouse GC application will be fine.

請各路高手看看有沒有什麽特殊辦法可解決此令人頭大的問題嗎？
