Is it a risk to send my I-140 receipt to IPO officer?!

My school IPO officer is filing a H-1B retroactive reinstatement petition for me. She asked if I have filed I-140, I said yes and sent her the copy of I-140 receipt. I just submit NIW petition in last week.

Why does the IPO officer need my I-140 receipt? Will my I-140 filing affect my H-1B reinstatement? I am really in anxiety now.
