I never ahd H-1 I-94 and my wife also never had H4 I-94, is it a problem??

-The H1 or H4 I-94 is part of the approval notice (in the same page). The H1 I-94 is in the right lower part of the notice. You may contact your HR to get the H1 approval notice and detach the I-94 and keep it. Your spouse's H4 I-94 should be in the left lower part of her H4 approval notice, so check the notice and you will find it.
