I-140 批準了，今天找律師要批準書，她說公司的政策是不給。

請問，將來換了公司，僅憑

 

I-140 的收據號可以relink 我的PD嗎？(當然要重新申請PERM和I-140).

-Normally USCIS needs the I-140 approval notice for the PD carry-over. But if you don't have a choice, just provide the receipt and USCIS can find the case in their system. But it is possible some lazy officer might give you trouble.
