前公司給我辦了EB3.現 I－４８５ pending.現公司將給我辦EB２.

My questions

(1)Is there any risks to current I-485?

-No.

(2) Suppose my EB-2 I-140 is approved and I link EB2 to my EB3 priority date,if I leave(or is laid off by) the current company and current company cancel my I-140,Is there any problem for my I-485?

-No problem at all because you still have EB3 I-140 and also your I-485 has been pending for more than 6 months.
