I don't think so.At first GC step, you must pass the LC.Actually anybody who has legal status can apply for LC but USCIS has some restrictions for the GC of restaurants.There are too many people apply for the GC in restaurants but they are not suitable to work over there so USCIS no longer trust the similar cases again recently.You are apply for the GC which is different to others who have the jobs then apply for LC, then GC ....Don't get out.Try everything yourself!!Good luck!
