 got my perm and I-140 approved,(EB2, PD 01/2011)

I wonder if I understand right, I mean, when EB2 I-485 become current for 09/2008 in future, my wife can make I-485 application based on Eb2 category,and using her EB3 PD (09/2008) and she become main applicant, I am as spouse to apply I-485.

Am I right?

-Not right. Your wife can file I-485 as the dependent based on your Eb2 I-140 priority date which is current, not use her Eb3 I-140 priority date in this case unless her Eb3 prority date becomes current.

My wife's PD is 09/2008 (Eb3, perm and I-140 also approved).
