 我在中國國內，要請我美國的朋友,但不是律師，幫我交I140費（在國內的銀行交I140費不行），然後幫我交I140表和材料，如果以後有RFE的話，也讓她幫我遞交，這樣可以快一些，那麽如何填寫他的信息：

-Not need his information. Just send all the docuements to him and he can enclose his check or moeny order for the filing fee and then send all the packet to USCIS, USCIS does not care who issues the check.  You can use his address as your case communication address if you want to. if so, just write something like below in the communiction address part of the I-140:

Mr. XXX (your name)

c/o Mr. HHH (your friend's name)

your friend's address

City, State Zip

USA

是隻在I140表中的第9部分填嗎？

還是把她填在I140表中的第1部分，讓她作為petitioner？並在第5部分的type of petitioner裏選other(Explain, e.g. Permanent Resident, U.S. Cititzen or any other person filling on behalf of the alien)？最後還要讓他在I140的第9部分簽名？

-No. Because your I-140 is EB1A,  you are the petitioner.
