Thanks so much for the reply.  I have also thought about the possibility of my 485 having issues.  Yet when I called the USCIS, the rep told me it is under initial review just like it had been for the past 2 years.  Nothing has changed.  As for the possibility of my 485 being approved, I truly appreciate your good intention but doubt that is the case.  My PD is 03/2006 for EB3 and right now the cut off date for EB3 is 01/2004.  I will wait for the USCIS letter and probably ask for your help then.  Again, really appreciate all your help and effort!
