1.在J1status有效期內回國，再以J1 回來，簽證風險大嗎？

-don't think it is difficult to get the J1 visa.

2.waiver失敗，隻能回國完成兩年服務期嗎？

-Yes if you want to get the H1 status or green card.

3.waiver成功，我的情況下，怎麽走好？

-Change your status to H1 and apply for the green card.
