I will change company right now. SO, I can direcltly apply H1B extension under new company name?

Or I must do H1B transfer under new company name. Then ask H1B extension in Dec?

-When your new employer files the H1 transfer for you, your h1 status will be automatically extended after the h1 transfer is approved. So, no separate h1 extension applicaiton is needed.
