As you said, I have no right to give up the chinese citizenship for kids. The problem is it was me to select their US citizenships. Could I select Chinese citienships for the kids?

-No. Your child was born in US and automatically he/she is a US citizen. You are just the guardian of your child and you can not decide his/her citizenship (that your child's business, not yours). Your child can decide whether to give up the US citizenship when he/she turns 18 years old.
