父母移民要求補充材料

今天收到移民局來信要求補充材料,信上說  the petitioner/sponsor submitted a form I-864ez affidavit of support which was signed more than one year prior to the filing of Form I-485.

*****mit a completed Form I-864 ,which has been signed within one year of the filing of the Form I-485

這個什麽意思, 我不是很明白.請大家幫忙.謝謝了
