請問：可以等到labor certificate 批下來後再辦H1B transfer 嗎？

-Yes. The PERM/I-140 filing is irrlevant to the h1 tranfer (you do not need to work for the sponsor when PERM/I-140 filing).

就怕新公司太小，labor certificate 被拒，那就兩頭落空了。多謝回複。
