My wife ( In China now) Green card approved on 9/2010 but not receive, so issue I-90 form for new one, today I receive ASC Biometics notice. How does she entry USA? without green card and cannot apply for nonimmigration visa. SOS  Hurry !!!!

Why she stay in China? because one green card approve ( unknow what date), all APs become invalid include application new I-131, so waster my $305 for applying new one.
