我正在申請臨時綠卡轉正式綠卡，還沒收到正式綠卡，近期想回中國。我需要去當

地(紐約)移民局蓋I551章還是憑extension letter和過期綠卡就可以。

-Bring the I-751 filing receipt, copy of your conditional GC and your passport to the local office to get the I-551 stamp on your passport and you can use this stamp for the travel.

看到網上好多人說現在移民局不給

-No problem at all.

蓋I551 stamp了,而中國方麵又不認extension letter.
