我485pending多年了，舊的sponsor要關門了，近日找到了一個新的sponsor，這是一家剛跟名的建築公司，業務照常。新公司沒有報稅記錄。

-Because your I-485 has been pending for several years (> 6 months), you do not need any sponsor (not need to do anything), but your new job has to be in the same/similar area as the old job.
