regarding to I140

Hello,

If do I140 premium processing, lawyer said:

"Premium processing on the I-140 is a VERY bad idea. We are getting nasty RFE’s on premium processing cases that are asking for financial documents from XXX PLUS the W-2 copies from every single employee that we filed on I-140 for that hasn’t received a Green Card yet. It is very risky to do premium processing."

 

is this true?

if do normal processing, how long for current situation?
