PERM - does experience count?

有一個PERM相關問題， 請皮老師和8老師幫忙

在公司A 工作2.5年，2010年4月公司A與公司 B 合並 (company B remains after the merger). 2010年10月我接受新職位到公司 B 工作（new location, 100 miles away from previous company，new boss, new department).新職位與原來職位同屬Finance function, 但具體工作內容差別滿大的。

現在打算開始辦PERM （company B is the sponsor),請問PERM 申請時，2010年4月到10月的工作是否可作為qualified experience, 希望可以，因為需要那6個月湊夠3 年經驗。
