Can you share your sister's priority date

Dear gsu_bear,

     Could you share your sister's priority date? My sister's priority date is Apr 25, 2005. Her case (F2B) had been forwarded to Guangzhou from NVC in Dec. Since the priority retrogressed to 2003, do you think that she might still be able to get the interview notice from the consulate?
