謝謝！但有一點不明白，PD或者H-1b renewal不是有過批準的I-140就可以嗎？

H-1b renewal要求的是一個當前批準但是在等待visa number中的I-140？

-As long as the I-140 is approved, you can use the PD for future I-140 even if this approved I-140 is withdran later, but to extend your h1 beyond the 6 year limit, you have to have a valid approved I-140. So, if this I-140 is withdrawn, you can not use it for the h1 extension.
