所以到了現在，我是2007 I-140 appeal中，I485被據。同時有一個2008 EB1a的I485 pending，但concurrently filed I140已經被據15個月之久了，估計這個I-485都已經被遺忘了。

-As long as the EB1a I-485 is pending, you are legally present though it will be denied soon or later due to the I-140 denial.
