回複：請問8老師和p老師關於婚姻綠卡準備材料的幾個問題？

我老公是公民，他打算幫我申請綠卡，我現在是h1b visa.

1）我曾看見有人在自己準備材料的攻略中指出在130和485package裏要分別準備4份G-325A(PETITIONER) and G325A(APPLICANTS)FORM, 這是真的嗎？

-No more 4 copies needed. One copy of G-325A for one person is OK.

2）除了現在employer 的verification letter,

-Not need this, but provide your recent 3 mnonth paycheck stubs and a copy of your H1 aaproval notice with the copy of the h1 I-94.

我還需要準備我(applicant)以前雇主的雇傭信嗎？

-No. But provide the copy of the H1 approval notice and the copy of your H1 I-94 and any copy of your I-94 since your last entry to US.

3)我還需要提供以前公司的h1b 同意通知，以及以前剛到美國學生身份的I-20表格，還有以前的舊護照，舊簽證，這些來證明我自從到美國後的所有曾經身份嗎？

-Yes. Provide all of these documents since your last entry. For example, if you went back to China after you finished your f1 study and got a new H1 visa to come back to US, you do not need to provide the I-20 and the F1 visa/I-94, etc.

4）我和老公剛結婚，沒有joint tax claim.打算2010報稅再一起報。但是現在沒有。 除了提供他三年內的tax return transcripts, 還用提供我的嗎？

-Not need.

由於uscis規定的最低收入要求很低，老公一個人的工資肯定超過上麵所說的 125%什麽的限製。 這種情況下我也要提供三年的tax return transcripts?

-Not need.
