If you are a US citizen or will be a US citizen, you may sponsor your parents' green card application (after you become US citizen) and you can sponsor them GC even fi thy are unlawfully present. Otherwise, I do not see your parents can legally stay after their I-94 expires and thy had better leave US before their I-94 expires.
