Because your EAD application has been pending > 90 days, just go to the local officer to push them and they normally will approve it in 2 to 3 days. If they do not approve it after you visit the lcoal office for 2 to 3 days, send a complaint email to: cisombudsman.publicaffairs@dhs.gov

Provide the officer's name and ID who you contact in the local office in the email.
