說是付款的check 金額少了, 怪我沒有注意11/23 漲價了. 我還可以用退回來的文件, 加上correct Check amount, 再寄給移民局?

-Yes. Indicate in the response letter that you enclose the correct payment. Also, enclose the rejection notice in the packet (put it on the top) and send the original packet back to USCIS.

 還是要重新填表?

-Not need.
