Is there any update for the mailing address from USCIS for the EAD renewal?

 

 Do I need to pay 380 dollars for the new EAD application now?

-If your I-485 filing fee was $1010 or more, you do not need to pay the fee anymore. Otherwise pay the I-765 filing fee of $380.

I live in Illinois and where am I supposed to mail my EAD to USCIS? Thanks a lot.
